Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services, you must meet that age instead.
What this website is
This website is an informational site about our company and the products we build. It describes what we do, how we work, and what we are currently developing.
Nothing on this website is an offer, a commitment, or professional advice. Descriptions of products, features, timelines and stages of development are provided for information only, may change without notice, and should not be relied upon in making any decision.
We build and operate our own products. We do not provide software development, consulting, or agency services to third parties, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to do so.
Our products
We design, build and operate our own internet products. Each product is a separate service with its own website, its own terms of service, and its own privacy policy. Those documents — not these terms — govern your use of that product and your relationship with us as a customer of it.
Where a product is described on this website as unreleased, in development, or coming soon, it is not yet generally available. Being told about a product in advance does not entitle you to access it, and we may change or abandon anything that has not shipped.
Acceptable use
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation, or that infringes anyone else's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting environment, or any related system or network.
- Interfere with the availability or integrity of the website, including through denial-of-service attacks, deliberate overloading, or the introduction of malicious code.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the website except through ordinary use of a standard web browser, or by a search engine crawler obeying our robots directives.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of anything we make available here, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with us or anyone else.
We may restrict or block access to the website, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this website — including its text, layout, design, code, graphics, and the Nomvel name, logo and monogram — is owned by Zyloo, LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the website, and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.
Our name, logo and monogram may not be used to imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist. You may refer to us by name for ordinary descriptive purposes, such as news reporting or commentary.
Links to other websites
This website may link to sites we do not control, including the individual websites of our own products. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any website we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimers
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website — whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable consumer protection law does not permit us to exclude.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyloo, LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful or improper use of this website.
Changes to the website and to these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect changes in what we do or in the law that applies to us.
When we make a change, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. The current version is dated August 26, 2026.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each of us consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that right cannot be waived.
Before starting formal proceedings, we would prefer that you contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
General
- Severability
- If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
- No waiver
- If we do not enforce a provision of these terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment
- You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, reorganisation, or sale of assets.
- Entire agreement
- These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website, and supersede any earlier understandings about it.
- Force majeure
- Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
